Environmental Monitoring

Protecting the Environment, Ensuring Sustainability

In today’s world, environmental responsibility is a critical aspect of any business. Brian Milligan extends its commitment beyond health and safety to include Environmental Monitoring services. We understand the importance of safeguarding the environment, and we help your organization do just that.

Our Environmental Monitoring Services

  • Air Quality Monitoring: Ensure that your operations do not negatively impact the air quality in your area. We conduct comprehensive air quality assessments and provide solutions to mitigate pollution.
  • Noise Pollution Assessment: Excessive noise can harm both the environment and human health. We assess noise levels in your vicinity and advise on noise reduction measures to maintain a peaceful environment.
  • Environmental Compliance: Stay in compliance with environmental regulations and permits. We ensure that your operations align with local and national environmental laws, minimizing the risk of fines and penalties.
  • Emissions Monitoring: Industrial point-source releases -known as stack emissions – are regulated by the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016. Brian Milligan Associates specialise in Part B installations (e.g. small paint spray booths, de-greasing baths, metal treatment facilities). Permits issued by Local Authorities will specify maximum allowable concentrations emitted to atmosphere. We will monitor emitted levels and advise on compliance with permit conditions.
  • Noise Pollution Assessment: Brian Milligan Associates can determine noise levels at neighbouring domestic properties, day or night, using the prescribed method set out in BS 4142. This can be vital in dealing with noise complaints from nearby premises.

By choosing Brian Milligan for your Environmental Monitoring needs, you demonstrate your commitment to preserving the environment for future generations while simultaneously benefiting from operational efficiency and cost savings.
